Eli Heat

Eli Heat IM TM is specially formulated additive to reduce /eliminate preheating during the processing polymers. Application in PP, HIPS, ABS & other commodity polymers. Preheating of polymers like Nylon, filled PP, PVC and other polymers before processing is a major problem in plastic industries, as it requires 3-4 hours preheating in overn / hopper drier. This is quite expensive in terms of power consumption and time. The current methods of removing volatiles, like oven heating or blowing hot air are not 100% effective. Prolonged use of physical methods of volatile removal leads to degradation of polymer and deterioration in the properties of final product.
